Raspberry Pi (Linux/GNU ARM-based Computer) Release Date

The Raspberry Pi is a tiny, ARM-based Linux/GNU box that should sell for as little as $25. Basically, it's a bare bones computer designed as a learning aid for folks around the world that can't afford a mainstream, big-brand computer. It's also a nifty little computer that can be customized and utilized in countless ways only limited by your creativity, so hackers and programmers around the world have taken notice. The $25 board includes HDMI output (with HD video support), a couple of USB ports, an SD card slot, an RCA video port and 128MB of RAM. The $35 box increases the RAM to 256MB and adds an ethernet port. The company says the first units will ship towards the end of February, but the initial shipment won't include a case around the board.
